-Orders are recommended to be placed 2-3 weeks in advance -An order is only official once a deposit is made

-Orders placed 4 days in advance are considered RUSH orders and will only be taken if there is availability open and upon full payment received within 2 hours of invoice sent. -Rush Orders will incur an additional $15 fee.

La Casa Dulce creates custom cakes based on creativity and not as the exact reproduction of any photos that you send. All cakes are subject to the decorator’s interpretation. Pictures only serve as inspiration. Please be specific if any cake details are mandatory.

All changes must be made with 7 days of notice or more. If you no longer need an order, deposit can be used as credit within a year.

Payments can be made directly online upon placing an order or We accept: -Cash upon pick up -Zelle Venmo Cash app

-Minimum delivery fee is $50.00 -Delivery outside of 10 miles will be determined. -For delivery, payment must be completely paid off -For pick up cash can be accepted

-Pick up location zip code is 90221. Exact Pick-up location will be sent once order is confirmed. -Cash is accepted upon pickup

When transporting a cake, keep the cake flat and avoid braking quickly or making sharp turns the customer or person picking up is solely responsible for any damages or discrepancies during transit.

The cake should be refrigerated if you will not be serving it any time soon. Remove the cake from refrigerator and let it sit at room temperature to develop best flavor and texture. Allow it to sit at least 3 hours before serving. Store leftover cake in refrigerator. Please avoid cake and treats from being placed under direct sun exposure.
